## The Role of HRGA Site Operations
The Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) department serves as the backbone of our site operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that administrative functions, facility management, asset protection, and logistical services operate with precision, effectiveness, and full regulatory compliance. By maintaining these standards, the HRGA team creates the essential support structure required for our palm oil plantations to thrive.
## Key Responsibilities of the HRGA Site Role
The HRGA Site function is divided into two primary pillars, ensuring both human capital management and operational facility support.
1. Human Resources (HR) Excellence
* Personnel Lifecycle Management: Overseeing all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, demotions, and offboarding processes.
* Administrative Oversight: Monitoring employee attendance, enforcing company discipline, and ensuring all labor-related documentation remains up to date.
* Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between plantation staff, the Head Office, and external parties to fulfill organizational HR requirements.
* Reporting and Analysis: Compiling and presenting periodic evaluation reports regarding HRGA activities to support data-driven decision-making.
2. General Affairs (GA) Management
* Facility Oversight: Managing residential mess facilities, including occupancy levels, maintenance of cleanliness, security protocols, and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
* Asset and Fleet Management: Coordinating the usage and maintenance of operational vehicles, managing company inventories, and ensuring the timely payment of vehicle taxes.
* Operational Support: Overseeing essential equipment maintenance and managing physical assets assigned to employees.
* Service Excellence: Addressing employee feedback and ensuring that complaints are resolved promptly to maintain high service standards across the site.
## Professional Requirements
To support our growing operations in West Kalimantan, we are seeking dedicated professionals who possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Proven professional experience of 1–2 years in a comparable HRGA or general administrative role.
* Mobility: A strong willingness to be stationed at our plantation sites in West Kalimantan.
