Academic and Professional Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable institution. Preferred majors include Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Professional Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of full-time work experience in Forestry, Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Systems, Automotive, or FMCG sectors are highly encouraged to apply.
* Essential Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential, a self-driven work ethic, and the versatility to excel both in collaborative team environments and through independent contribution.
* Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English, encompassing both verbal communication and written documentation.
