## Job Role Overview: Admin Parts and Service
The Admin Parts and Service role is crucial for maintaining seamless operational workflows within the supply chain and customer service departments. In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link between inventory management, technical teams, and clientele, ensuring that heavy equipment components are tracked, ordered, and delivered with absolute precision.
Core Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will be expected to manage daily administrative functions related to inventory and service delivery. Key duties include:
* Inventory Administration: Oversee incoming and outgoing spare parts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and updating stock data within internal systems and SAP.
* Reporting: Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and service reports for management review.
* Procurement Support: Facilitate parts ordering processes, monitor supplier deliveries, and maintain meticulous filing of invoices, delivery orders, and stock cards.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel, procurement specialists, mechanics, planners, and external customers to fulfill parts and service requirements.
* Quality Assurance: Assist with stock audits, warranty claims processing, and service contract administration while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
