* A Bachelor’s degree in any major (Management or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred).
* Proven professional experience in business development, business process improvement, or knowledge management.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge complex business goals with actionable execution.
* Assisting in the development of long-term corporate business plans and monitoring organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
