## 1. Accounting Staff
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and continuously develop foundational knowledge surrounding factory safety management systems.
* Monitor environmental compliance and occupational health and safety (OHS) reporting metrics.
* Prepare comprehensive internal and external HSE and environmental reports.
* Establish and enforce corporate HSE policies and standard operating procedures in strict accordance with prevailing regulatory frameworks.
* Execute and promote the 5S workplace organization methodology.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven professional background in accounting or finance.
* Solid, practical comprehension of fundamental accounting principles.
* Familiarity with leading financial software such as Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal ID, or SAP.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Exceptional communication skills coupled with integrity, strict discipline, accountability, meticulous organization, and high attention to detail.
Core Competencies
* Proficiency in Accurate software.

## 2. Talent Acquisition Staff
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute highly effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and secure top-tier talent aligned with organizational objectives.
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing workforce planning, job advertising, resume screening, structural interviewing, and offer negotiations.
* Proactively source candidates across diverse digital channels, including LinkedIn, professional job fairs, and internal referral programs.
* Partner closely with department heads to understand unique operational demands and guarantee optimal candidate-to-profile alignment.
* Maintain seamless recruitment workflows in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
* Coordinate with the Human Capital division to ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires.
* Build and cultivate a robust, evergreen talent pool and candidate database.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring funnel effectiveness to formulate actionable continuous improvement strategies.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
* At least one year of proven experience in a comparable talent acquisition role, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industry setting.
* Comprehensive awareness of modern recruitment trends, methodologies, and talent management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement and advance baseline knowledge concerning factory safety management frameworks.
* Track and evaluate environmental and OHS compliance reports.
* Formulate detailed internal and external Health, Safety, and Environment documentation.
* Formulate and enforce corporate HSE policies and regulatory standards.
* Drive the successful implementation of the 5S program across company facilities.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS / K3), Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum of one year of hands-on experience implementing OHS Management Systems (SMK3) within an industrial corporate environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Mandatory possession of valid General OHS Expert certification (AK3U) alongside certifications in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
