## Available Career Positions
We are currently looking for motivated candidates to fill the following roles:
1. General Manager Manufacturing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of experience within the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Competencies: Superior leadership, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving abilities. Deep expertise in production management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. Must possess excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
2. Maintenance Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing machine maintenance.
* Competencies: Proficient in both preventive and corrective maintenance. Proven track record in leading technical teams and developing strategic equipment maintenance plans. Candidates must be analytical, detail-oriented, and accustomed to meeting rigorous performance targets.
3. Engineering Staff
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Competencies: Proficient in technical drawing and CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred). A solid understanding of machine maintenance and production improvement concepts. Must be a proactive team player.
4. IoT (Internet of Things) Staff
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Informatics or Electrical Engineering.
* Competencies: Strong grasp of IoT frameworks, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, etc.), and networking protocols. Ability to integrate sensors and design comprehensive monitoring systems. Previous project experience in the IoT domain is a significant advantage.
5. Security Personnel
* Education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Competencies: Prior experience in security is preferred (certified security guard status is highly valued). Must be physically fit, disciplined, vigilant, and possess high integrity. Must be willing to work in a shift-based system.
6. Inventory Audit Admin
* Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative or inventory roles.
* Competencies: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems or inventory management software. Must demonstrate high accuracy in stock reporting and maintain professional integrity.
