## 1. Officer, MRP
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Material Planning, MRP, Supply Chain, or Inventory Control. Backgrounds within the paper manufacturing sector are highly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management principles, and production planning workflows.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to evaluate material demands based on active production schedules, stock availability, and lead times.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate seamlessly with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse departments, and external suppliers.
