We are urgently seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to fill the position of Production Operator – FCT (Functional Circuit Test) Fusebox based at our facility in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.
## Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high manufacturing standards. Your daily duties will include:
* Production Line Operation: Operate the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line machinery securely and efficiently.
* Changeover and Restocking: Manage line changeovers during product type transitions while regularly replacing and replenishing components and materials to consistently meet daily output targets.
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on printed circuit board (PCB) printing and assembly results to proactively prevent defective products (rejects*).
* Basic Troubleshooting: Perform preliminary evaluations and handle minor operational errors or machine glitches through basic debugging.
* Preventive Maintenance: Assist in executing scheduled routine maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
* Workplace Organization: Implement the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) across the work area and production line.
* Additional Duties: Follow alternative work instructions and fulfill supplementary operational tasks assigned by team leaders or supervisors.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, with a preferred background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Fusebox Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
* Technical Familiarity: Strong familiarity with SMT electronic materials; previous background in electronic manufacturing, product assembly, and soldering is highly advantageous.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability to operate SMT machinery and perform manual electronic soldering.
* Soft Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Work Ethic: High level of precision, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of meeting strict production targets and deadlines.
