## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill several key roles within our production and administrative departments.
1. Mold Operator
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165cm; SMA/equivalent education.
* Experience: Min. 1 year in plastic injection.
* Key Skills: Proficient in preventive mold maintenance, mold setup, and troubleshooting machine-related issues. Must be tech-savvy for digital reporting and possess a meticulous, diligent, and focused work ethic.
2. Line Quality Control
* Requirements: Male, max 25 years old; min. height 165cm; SMA/equivalent education.
* Experience: Min. 1 year in injection molding QC.
* Key Skills: Expert in measuring instruments (caliper, torque), knowledge of 5S, and ability to generate inspection reports and quality complaints. A strong sense of leadership and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
3. Maintenance Technician
* Responsibilities: Independent repair, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems, injection machines, chillers, gensets, compressors, and water pumps.
* Requirements: Male, max 40 years old; min. height 165cm; SMA/SMK education.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical communication skills, highly disciplined, and capable of working shift hours, including holidays.
4. Operator / QM Injection
* Responsibilities: Operating machines per production schedules, implementing 5S, separating NG (not good) parts, and adhering strictly to SOPs.
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165cm; SMA/equivalent education.
* Key Skills: Must have perfect vision (no glasses/non-minus), a neat appearance, and a commitment to health protocols. Min. 1 year of experience is required.
5. Assembly Operator
* Requirements: Male, max 28 years old; min. height 165cm; SMA/SMK education.
* Key Skills: Min. 1 year experience in assembly. Candidates must have perfect vision (no glasses/non-minus), no history of color blindness, and a professional appearance. Must be able to work in shifts.
6. Accounting Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage monthly/annual tax audits, KPI activity management, monthly financial reporting, and cost improvement initiatives.
* Requirements: D3/D4 in Accounting; max 30 years old.
* Key Skills: Min. 3 years of experience. Must be proficient in accounting software, financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow), and comprehensive tax reporting.
