Key Responsibilities
As a member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assisting in the drafting of job advertisements, screening candidate resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, managing psychological testing and medical check-up (MCU) documentation, and overseeing new employee onboarding preparation.
* Talent Acquisition Management: Building and maintaining a robust talent pool to ensure that the company’s hiring needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Strategic Partnerships: Cultivating and strengthening professional relationships with university career centers, alumni associations, and educational institutions to optimize our talent sourcing pipeline.
