Key Job Responsibilities
As a General Services (GS) Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in bridging field operations with corporate strategic goals. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a diverse range of technical and managerial tasks:
* Project Supervision: Collaborate closely with civil site teams to oversee civil and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, which include facility construction, maintenance, procurement, vendor and contractor management, cost control, as well as rigorous quality and timeline monitoring.
* Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end project procurement processes, starting from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to commercial negotiations and the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs), Work Agreements (SPKs), and official contracts.
* Technical Design: Utilize your technical proficiency to create, interpret, and review engineering designs and technical drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
