Engineering, Management, and Technical Supervision
* Superintendent SCM: Directs material flow, logistics, and procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management and 3+ years of supervisory experience in mining.
* Superintendent Finance: Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and administrative compliance. A background in Finance or Accounting with 3+ years of experience is essential.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Manages project expenses and financial reporting. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and familiarity with mining regulations.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Spearheads mine planning and resource extraction strategies. Requires a Mining Engineering degree and proficiency in software like Surpac or MineSight.
* Supervisor SHE: Manages safety, health, and environmental compliance. Candidates must have relevant safety certifications (POP, SMKP) and 3+ years of experience.
* Maintenance Planner: Organizes equipment scheduling and maintenance workflows to minimize downtime. Requires a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Operational and Specialized Roles
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial administrative tasks and funding execution.
* Foreman (Production, Fuel): Supervises site-level activities, ensuring production targets and safety standards are consistently met.

Heavy Equipment Operations
We are hiring experienced operators for the following units. All operator candidates must possess a valid B2/B2 General Driver’s License and ideally an SIO (Surat Izin Operasi):
* Excavator Operator: Experienced in 20–80 ton units.
* Grader, Dozer (D6/D85), and Compactor Operators.
* LGMG/SKT (Wheel Loader) Operators.
* Dump Truck, Water Truck, Fuel Truck, Lube Truck, and ADT Operators.
* Driver Manhaul: Responsible for safe and punctual employee transportation.
## General Requirements for Applicants
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is required for most technical and operational roles.
