## Program Qualifications and Requirements
We are searching for dynamic individuals who possess not only academic excellence but also strong leadership potential, adaptability, and a genuine passion for green energy.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major (Marketing or Mechanical Engineering preferred), or university graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (preferred majors include Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Environmental Engineering).
* Language Proficiency:
* University graduates must ideally possess a TOEFL/TOEIC certificate with a minimum score of 500.
* High school and vocational graduates must demonstrate strong English communication skills.
* Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch serves as a significant competitive advantage.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking capabilities, high energy, and a communicative personality.
* Organizational Experience: Active involvement in internal or external campus/school organizations.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any of the company’s expansion areas across the region.
