## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Workshop Head to oversee maintenance operations, manage our mechanical teams, and ensure all operational vehicles and heavy equipment run at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily workshop operations and maintenance schedules across company facilities.
* Implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks.
* Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues for vehicles and heavy machinery.
* Lead, mentor, and coordinate the internal team of mechanics.
* Ensure strict adherence to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety / K3) protocols and manage workshop administration.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or fleet maintenance environment.
* Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of preventive/corrective maintenance and vehicle/equipment troubleshooting.
* Operational Skills: Capable of driving and operating trucks with a solid grasp of basic truck handling.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, high discipline, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Willing to be stationed at any of the company’s workshop locations.
## 2. Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mekanik)
We are looking for a dedicated Mechanic to join our technical team, focusing on diagnosing, servicing, and repairing our heavy fleet to minimize downtime and maximize project productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine inspections, mechanical diagnoses, and comprehensive repairs on heavy vehicles.
* Maintain and repair diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy-duty components.
* Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to identify repair needs and source accurate spare parts.
* Strictly follow workplace safety procedures (K3) and properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE / APD).
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic, specifically working with Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficient in diesel engine mechanics, transmission systems, brake systems, and heavy vehicle components.
* Personal Traits: High attention to detail, strong team player, responsible, and committed to task execution.
