## About the Role: Production Operator
We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to fill our Production Operator positions at our manufacturing facility in Karawang, West Java. In this role, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing line, ensuring that every product meets the stringent quality and safety standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily production tasks efficiently while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Monitor product quality continuously to meet company and client specifications.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
* Adapt to a shift-work schedule to maintain continuous manufacturing operations.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
2. Experience: Prior work experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage, though enthusiastic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
3. Core Competencies:
