## Join the Global Flavorist Trainee Program 2023
We invite aspiring creators to embark on a transformative two-year journey. This apprenticeship is designed to mold the next generation of industry leaders through a blend of rigorous academic study and hands-on laboratory experience.
Key Responsibilities

What We Look For

The Apprenticeship Experience
Participants will spend 10 months at our Center of Excellence in Switzerland, followed by 14 months at a local affiliate. Upon successful completion, candidates are eligible for a Junior Flavorist position within our global network.
## Production Operator Roles
Our production team is the backbone of our operational success. We are looking for disciplined individuals who prioritize safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Core Duties
* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
* Strictly adhere to food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Monitor equipment operations and document production data with precision.
* Collaborate with QC analysts on in-process testing.
* Implement 5S methodologies to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Candidate Requirements
* Vocational, Polytechnic, or University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Engineering.
* Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience are welcome.
* A structured work ethic with high attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
## Quality Control (QC) Technician Positions
Maintaining the integrity of our ingredients is paramount. Our QC Technicians ensure that every product meets our stringent global standards through meticulous testing and systematic evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage sample intake, prioritization, and workflow according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct complex routine and non-routine sensory evaluations and laboratory analyses.
* Lead daily sensory sessions for raw materials and finished goods.
* Ensure all laboratory equipment is validated, calibrated, and maintained within tolerance.
* Manage laboratory reagents and supplies to prevent stock shortages.
* Escalate quality deviations to management and participate in root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science.
* Prior experience in the flavor, fragrance, or pharmaceutical sectors is an advantage.
* Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation (GC, NMR, Titration, DSC).
* Strong knowledge of GLP documentation and Microsoft Office suites.
* Familiarity with LIMS or SAP systems is considered a significant asset.
