Current Openings & Qualifications
1. Production Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Technology.
* Bring at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, conceptual thinking, and multitasking abilities.
* Possess deep knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Excel in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving team operations and target achievement.
2. Export Marketing Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin or English (minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS 6.0).
* Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and target-driven capabilities.
* Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in export fields, preferably within manufacturing.
* Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
3. Quality Control Supervisor (Placement: Semarang)
* Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
* Have 2–3 years of QC experience, ideally within edible bird's nest processing, food processing, or export industries.
* Understand food safety standards thoroughly (GMP, HACCP, or ISO 22000).
* Show proven leadership experience alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
4. Research and Development Staff (Placement: Semarang)
* Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Fisheries, or a related field.
* Bring 1–2 years of experience in R&D, food processing, or process efficiency (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Comprehend foundational GMP and HACCP principles.
* Display meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
5. PPIC Staff (Placement: Semarang)
* Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Possess at least 1 year of experience in production planning and inventory control.
* Master Microsoft Excel and demonstrate robust analytical skills.
* Thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining clear team communication.
