## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the high standards of our engineering and project teams, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a field relevant to the position.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard software related to the specific role.
* Availability: Must be available to join our team on short notice (less than a one-month notice period).
* Specific Role Requirements:
* For Senior Programmer: Expertise in GIT tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is mandatory.
* For Sales Trading, QC Inspector, and Senior Piping Engineer: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* For Electrical and Instrument Engineers: At least 2 years of proven experience within an EPC or Oil and Gas firm.
* For Project Manager (Smelter Plant): Extensive background with at least 10 years of experience in the mining industry.
