1. Human Resources Department (HRD) Staff
As an HRD Staff member, you will play a crucial role in managing our internal talent and supporting daily human resource operations.
* Open to male and female applicants.
* Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in any academic discipline.
* Possesses 1 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience working as an HRD Staff member or HR Administrator.
* Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an absolute mastery of advanced Microsoft Excel formulas being mandatory.
* Familiarity with government healthcare administration (BPJS), employee attendance tracking, and overtime management will serve as a distinct advantage.
* Available to onboard by early August 2023 at the latest.
2. Cost Control Specialist
We need a meticulous Cost Control professional to oversee financial budgeting, scheduling, and risk management across our high-stakes engineering projects.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience working within an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) or heavy construction environment as an Estimator or Cost Control specialist.
* Demonstrated ability to formulate comprehensive financial planning designs, scheduling frameworks, and accurate project cost reports.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, while familiarity with Primavera software is considered a strong plus.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Possesses robust analytical capabilities, sharp problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Must be fully prepared to work out of our Corporate Headquarters located in North Jakarta in the near future.
