Key Candidate Qualifications
To ensure candidates can seamlessly adapt to our fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Gender: Male candidates are strongly preferred.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SLTA) graduate or equivalent.
* Preferred Majors: Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
* Health Requirements: Must not be color blind and must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Soft Skills & Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, deeply responsible, and capable of thriving under pressure.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in rotating shifts is required.
