## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking high-potential candidates who possess a blend of creativity and technical aptitude. To qualify for this program, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of work experience.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
* Technical Portfolio: A strong, documented portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and prototyping expertise.
* Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with mobile development frameworks (Kotlin or Swift).
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
* Commitment: Must be available for a 1-year intensive training program, followed by a mandatory 1-year service commitment.
