Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
As an LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer, you will play an indispensable role in managing commercial operations, facilitating smooth cargo deliveries, and maintaining strategic relationships with buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Gather and prepare all necessary data to formulate the ADP, determining precise shipment schedules and delivery projections to support effective negotiation processes.
* Buyer Coordination & SPA Implementation: Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate with buyers under leadership guidance to flawlessly execute LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), including pricing adjustments and contract terms.
* Procedural Execution: Handle administrative and procedural requirements such as SPA amendments, correlation tests, surveyor appointments, and representative designations to guarantee timely deliveries.
* Cargo Operations & Documentation: Oversee documentation related to cargo shipments—including discharge instructions and port authority paperwork—to ensure complete and valid compliance for timely dispatch.
* Inventory Management: Formulate weekly inventory management plans, coordinate with field teams, and schedule logistics to anticipate future shipment demands accurately.
* Billing & Commercial Calculations: Prepare billing drafts and calculations linked to LNG cargoes based on the Japan Crude Cocktail (JCC) to safeguard DSLNG's commercial interests.
* Spot Agreements & Vessel Chartering: Manage spot cargo agreements and oversee vessel management programs to ensure optimal ship availability matching inventory loading schedules.
* Reporting & Documentation: Compile accurate periodic internal and external management reports, tender documents, and marketing summaries.
* Budgeting: Prepare and monitor the marketing and sales department budget, ensuring all expenditures align with approved financial plans.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is strongly preferred.
