1. Production Operator
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the production line. Operators are responsible for granulation, tableting, coating, packaging, and equipment maintenance.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring individual performance metrics, preparing production processes according to GMP/CPOB standards, and ensuring precise documentation.
* Requirements: High school diploma or D3 degree; must not be colorblind, possess good health, and be willing to work in shifts. Previous pharmaceutical factory experience is highly preferred.
2. Semisolid Junior Operator
Focuses on the precise processing of raw materials into semisolid products, including mixing and filling operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Equipment preparation, machine maintenance, and maintaining strict sanitation standards for all production facilities.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any field.
3. Semisolid Novice Worker
Dedicated to the final stages of production, ensuring that finished goods are properly boxed, sealed, and weighed.
* Key Responsibilities: Ensuring packaging systems are implemented accurately, maintaining packing equipment, and coordinating the transfer of materials.
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK education and at least one year of experience as a packer in an industrial setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
4. Production Officer

* Key Responsibilities: Resource planning for weekly targets, developing SOPs in line with CPOB standards, managing production waste, and leading team development.

5. Production Engineer
