## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our inventory operations. Your daily focus will revolve around maintaining meticulous records and ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our facility.
* Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
* Maintain comprehensive stock and inventory records to support distribution workflows.
* Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline daily operational processes.
* Generate regular inventory reports utilizing digital office tools.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic manufacturing environment, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable institution.
* Academic Achievement: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse administration or inventory management (exceptional fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
