1. Safetyman
This role is essential in maintaining our rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
* Qualifications:
* Male candidate with a minimum High School (SMA/equivalent) diploma.
* At least 1 year of proven experience in the field.
* Must hold a valid K3 Umum (General Occupational Health and Safety) certification.
* Proficient in driving a car.
* Willing to be stationed in Karawang.
* Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine safety patrols across operational sites.
* Supervise staff to ensure full compliance with all safety regulations.
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
* Assist the Safety Officer with administrative duties, including HSE permit management.
2. Mixer Truck Driver
We require skilled drivers to manage our specialized concrete transport fleet.
* Qualifications:
* Male candidate, maximum 45 years of age.
* Minimum High School (SMA) education.
* At least 1 year of relevant driving experience.
* Must possess an active SIM B2 Umum license.
* Capable of working within a shift-based system.
* Willing to be stationed in Karawang.
3. Transport/Crane Driver
Our logistics team requires experienced operators to handle specialized heavy-duty machinery.
* Qualifications:
* Male candidate, maximum 45 years of age.
* Minimum High School (SMA) education.
* At least 1 year of experience in heavy vehicle operation.
* Must possess an active SIM B2 Umum and preferably a valid SIO Crane license.
* Proficient in operating Unicrane, Tronton, and Dutro vehicles.
* Capable of navigating challenging terrain and project site access points.
* Highly loyal with a strong commitment to maintaining company vehicle assets.
* Willing to be stationed in Karawang.
