1. Engineering Staff
The Engineering Staff role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability and ensuring seamless operations on the production floor through systematic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an engineering staff member within a manufacturing environment.
* Age Limit: Maximum 22 years old.
* Technical Competencies:
* Strong grasp of basic mechanical and electrical maintenance principles.
* Comprehensive understanding of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, motors, sensors, bearings, gears, shafts, and general machine components.
* Proficiency in utilizing maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and executing basic measurements.
* Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance, routine inspections, lubrication, and basic machine upkeep.
* Ability to systematically troubleshoot and analyze equipment failures.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies including PDCA, 5 Why Analysis, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Operational Metrics: Basic understanding of downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and machine reliability.
* Soft Skills & Attitude: Possesses a strong safety mindset, excellent communication skills, teamwork capabilities, high discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

2. Production Engineering Staff

Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

* Technical Competencies:
* Solid understanding of core manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, and production equipment.
* Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances while utilizing basic measuring tools.
