We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to strengthen our HR team at the corporate headquarters. This role plays a vital part in supporting our workforce and managing essential administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily employee data and maintain precise human resources documentation.
* Oversee administrative HR requirements efficiently to support operational workflows.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth personnel management and communication.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Psychology, Management, or Business Administration.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working within the Human Resources field.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in operating Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills.
* Work Ethic: Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of managing administrative data with absolute accuracy.
* Work Location: Head Office – East Jakarta.
