## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of operational safety and excellence, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
2. Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
3. Required Certifications: An active Pertambangan Operasional Pertama (POP) certificate is mandatory. For the "Lead of Facility & Repair" role, candidates must hold a valid Electrical or Construction safety certificate.
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at our remote mining site in South Kalimantan.
