## Current Career Opportunity: Officer Commercial Project
CKB Logistics is actively seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to fill the Officer Commercial Project position. This role is pivotal in managing specialized cargo and maintaining robust client relationships across the logistics and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement & Quotations: Interpret complex customer specifications—particularly for heavy equipment, oversize, and overweight shipments—to formulate accurate commercial quotations and oversee systemic order creation.
* Revenue & Relationship Management: Drive revenue growth while cultivating enduring partnerships with both new and existing corporate clients.
* Cargo Tracking & Proactive Communication: Monitor shipments closely throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing stakeholders with timely, proactive project updates.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central communication hub between clients, Operations, Finance, and other internal divisions to streamline workflows.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all cargo readiness criteria, compliance documents, and operational schedules are thoroughly met.
* Financial Oversight & Invoicing: Prepare comprehensive supporting documents for the Finance department, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment collections, and systematic monitoring of customer aging reports.
* Issue Resolution: Handle client complaints and claims swiftly through effective cross-departmental collaboration, delivering periodic reports detailing revenue, project milestones, and client performance metrics.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
* Industry Experience: Bring at least 1 year of hands-on experience in a comparable role within the logistics and coal mining sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Demonstrate professional-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Core Competencies: Possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and leadership capabilities, coupled with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
