1. Officer – Logistics
This role is essential for maintaining the fluidity of our supply chain. You will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring that the distribution of materials is seamless, timely, and fully compliant with corporate protocols.
* Core Responsibilities: Coordinating material distribution, managing complex shipping documentation, and monitoring inventory movement.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel; prior experience with SAP or ERP systems is highly preferred.
* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively at assigned project or operational sites.
2. Senior Metallurgist
We are looking for a technical expert to spearhead our metallurgical studies and process optimization. This role is pivotal in driving performance improvements across our gold, copper, and base metal processing plants.
* Core Responsibilities: Providing technical leadership in mineral processing, supporting feasibility studies, and overseeing operational excellence from development to production.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing (a Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage).
* At least 7 years of hands-on experience in mineral processing.
* Expertise in flotation, crushing/grinding, heap leach, CIL/CIP, and metal accounting.
* Proven experience in commissioning and plant optimization.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel extensively to various project sites throughout Indonesia.
3. Superintendent – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
This leadership role focuses on building a world-class workforce. You will be responsible for defining our recruitment strategies and enhancing our employer brand to attract the industry's top talent.
* Core Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles and executing branding initiatives, including campus outreach and recruitment marketing.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding.
* Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Extensive experience in competency-based interviewing and stakeholder management.
* Background in mining or industrial sectors is highly preferred; experience in executive search is an added advantage.
