1. Management Trainee (External)
We are seeking dynamic, leadership-driven individuals to join our intensive management development program. This role is designed to mold future restaurant leaders through comprehensive operational and administrative training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain readiness to work flexible shift schedules.
* Master core operational pillars including food preparation, guest service, sanitation, safety, and security protocols.
* Manage and reconcile shift finances accurately during and at the close of operations.
* Supervise and actively participate in daily team member activities.
* Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Monitor and evaluate staff compliance with operational procedures to guarantee uncompromising food and service standards.
* Assess competitor capabilities by analyzing market data, sales trends, and competitor intelligence.
* Identify and cultivate new revenue streams and sales opportunities.
* Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
* Protect and manage company assets responsibly.
* Oversee inventory levels to ensure seamless sales operations.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is strongly preferred.
* Proficient in computer operations and relevant software.
* Demonstrated experience in organizational leadership.

2. Payroll Staff
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented finance professional to manage our compensation and benefits processes smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify and audit all payroll-related data.
* Execute accurate salary and wage computations.
* Handle end-to-end administration for national social security programs (BPJS).
* Update compensation structures in alignment with internal promotions and role changes.
* Maintain precise records of employee attendance, collective supporting data, and payroll calculations in strict accordance with payment timelines.
* Administer and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with high precision.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* In-depth understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan regulations.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

3. Warehouse Supervisor (Kepala Gudang)
We are seeking an organized logistics professional to oversee inventory flow, maintain warehouse standards, and lead our warehouse team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full accountability for the safe storage of inventory procured from distributors.
* Inspect incoming shipments and promptly report any defective or damaged items.
* Ensure stock is preserved in optimal condition.
* Delegate and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff.
* Document and physically manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods.
* Maintain strict standards of cleanliness, order, and organization throughout the warehouse facility.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School Diploma (SLTA/SMK) or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of verifiable work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Uncompromising integrity, high accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Local residency in North Jakarta or Tangerang is preferred.
