## General and Specific Candidate Requirements
To ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, applicants must meet the following criteria based on their target role:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is strongly preferred.
* Seniority & Tenure:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same position for Supervisor level and above.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same position for Staff level.
* Financial Expertise: Demonstrated experience in cost accounting and financial reporting is mandatory for positions 4 through 6 and position 14.
* Cost Management: Solid understanding and practical application of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) are required for positions 6 and 14.
* Auditing Background: Previous professional experience as an external auditor is required for position 4.
