## About the Role: Technical Head
The Technical Head holds a pivotal leadership role responsible for maintaining the physical and operational integrity of plantation site assets. This individual will oversee critical civil infrastructure projects, manage vehicle fleet maintenance, and ensure third-party contractors adhere to strict internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Infrastructure Development and Maintenance: Direct the planning, construction, and ongoing repair of residential housing, access roads, bridges, and public amenities across the plantation site.
* Fleet and Equipment Readiness: Supervise the general maintenance and operational availability of all company vehicles, heavy machinery, and field equipment.
* Contractor Supervision: Monitor external contractors, evaluating deliverables to ensure complete compliance with corporate safety, structural, and operational benchmarks.
## Candidate Qualifications and Criteria
To maintain standard operational workflows, candidates applying for this position must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold an Associate Degree (D3) or a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
* Industry Experience: Demonstrate at least three (3) years of proven experience in an identical technical management role within the palm oil plantation sector.
* Location Flexibility: Be fully prepared to reside on-site at the company’s palm oil plantation operational unit in Central Kalimantan.
