Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency and strong leadership potential. To be considered for the Management Trainee position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a D3 or S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechatronics.
* Experience: Open to entry-level applicants; a maximum of two years of professional experience is permitted.
* Skillset:
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
* Proven history of active participation in organizational or extracurricular activities.
* Technical competency in reading engineering drawings and electrical/mechanical diagrams.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is considered a significant advantage.
* Logistics: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Pagaden, Subang.
