## Position Overview: Field Operator – Pressure Pumping
As a Field Operator within the Pressure Pumping Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-level technical execution across complex land and offshore projects. Working directly in alignment with the company’s Cementing Recovery Plan, your primary goal will be to conduct thorough service audits and ensure flawless, error-free client service delivery on site.
## Key Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be entrusted with managing specialized machinery, ensuring site safety, and recording vital operational data. Your day-to-day accountabilities include:
* Equipment Operation and Servicing: Executing routine setup, maintenance, and operational protocols for specialized pressure pumping machinery in strict compliance with client specifications.
* Pre-Mobilization Audits: Conducting rigorous pre-load checks and machinery evaluations prior to deployment to ensure seamless execution at job sites.
* Facility Rig-Up and Hook-Up: Preparing, connecting, and testing surface equipment connected to client production facilities and drilling rigs.
* Technical Data Logging: Accurately documenting operational metrics, client directives, system deviations, and any instances of hardware damage or operational disruption.
* Asset Readiness Maintenance: Performing preventive maintenance on all primary and auxiliary service units to ensure they remain classified as fully operational and ready for deployment.
* Safety Protocol Enforcement: Adhering strictly to corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards by immediately reporting accidents, equipment failures, near-misses, or hazardous site conditions.
