1. Quality Assurance Engineering

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining high operational standards across the company’s facilities and transport divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections of Central Workshop and Transport (CWT) operations, encompassing warehouse and office administration, workshop workflows, fresh fruit bunch (FFB) transport, and housekeeping.
* Perform routine evaluations of palm oil mill operations, including the reception area, loading ramp, sterilizer, thresher, pressing, clarification, kernel station, boiler, power house, water treatment, storage tanks, dispatch, laboratory, final effluent, land application, and general housekeeping.
* Compile and finalize comprehensive QA Mill and CWT reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
* Periodically inspect and verify operational outputs within the mill, such as fruit grading and sorting, Oil Extraction Rate (OER) sounding, oil losses analysis, and oil content analysis.
* Aggregate and compile data required for internal Mill Ranking and CWT Ranking metrics.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial or Automotive).
* At least 3 years of professional experience working as an Assistant Workshop/Manufacture or Mill Assistant within a palm oil plantation and mill environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and statistical tools like SPSS.
* Willingness to be placed at the company’s operational site in Sorong, West Papua.
2. Forestry Staff

The Forestry Staff position focuses on supervising sago forestry operations to ensure efficient harvesting, logistics, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling for sago logging, assembly, and transport operations to the processing mill.
* Ensure optimal availability of workforce capacity, heavy machinery, and raw materials to maintain smooth workflow execution and hit established production targets.
* Supervise the timely completion and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to upper management.
* Provide active direction, mentorship, and supervision to field teams—including heavy equipment operators, estate clerks, and field foremen—to guarantee target alignment and reporting accuracy.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation Management, or other relevant disciplines.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience as a Forestry Assistant or Field Assistant, specifically within Industrial Forest Plantations (HTI).
* Strong foundational knowledge regarding planting, crop maintenance, and harvesting cycles in industrial forestry.
* Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
* High motivation, personal initiative, and openness to learning new skills while achieving strict performance goals.
* Willingness to be stationed in Sorong, West Papua.
3. Chief Security Officer

The Chief Security Officer will safeguard company assets, mitigate operational vulnerabilities, and manage security protocols effectively across remote operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Direct security operations and protect company assets against potential disruptions or security breaches.
* Organize and coordinate in-house security teams alongside third-party providers (Security Providers and military/police auxiliary personnel or BKO TNI/Polri).
* Conduct security inductions for all new personnel and incoming security backup detachments.
* Perform thorough risk assessments and vulnerability audits of existing security systems.

Candidate Requirements:
