Candidate Requirements
To qualify for our internship and operator programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education:
* Maximum age of 22 years.
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates.
* For Maintenance roles: Background in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* For Production roles: Background in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in college.
* Physical Standards:
