## Available Position: HRGA Japanese Speaker
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of HRGA Japanese Speaker. This position is vital for bridging the communication gap between our local staff and Japanese expatriates while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpretation & Translation: Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for management meetings, audits, training sessions, and daily communication. Accurately translate technical reports, SOPs, contracts, and emails between Indonesian and Japanese.
* Meeting Coordination: Record and summarize meeting minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and performance evaluations.
* Operational Oversight: Manage the daily tasks and schedules of security and driver personnel. Oversee the maintenance and administrative usage logs of company operational vehicles.
* Expatriate Management: Handle essential documentation, including visa processing and work permits, ensuring full compliance with national regulations.
* Facility & IR Support: Assist in the maintenance of company infrastructure and provide support for Industrial Relation activities.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature, Law, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of relevant experience.
* Language Proficiency: Certification in JLPT (minimum N3 level) is required. Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal) is essential.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a solid understanding of labor laws and TKA (Foreign Worker) permit procedures.
* Certifications: Must possess a valid SIM A driver’s license and demonstrate the ability to operate a four-wheeled vehicle.
## Compensation and Application Details
We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 7,600,000 to IDR 10,000,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
