1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable - AR)
Manage financial receivables and ensure smooth cash flow transactions within the corporate finance division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Confirm customer billings while efficiently processing and recording payment settlements.
* Coordinate and schedule collection visits for field collectors.
* Review, verify, and cross-examine invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders (POs).
* Organize and maintain a systematic archiving system for all billing-related documents.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of proven working experience in a relevant field.
