1. HRD Manager
We are seeking a knowledgeable HRD Manager to oversee our human resources functions, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in a Human Resources Department.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, outstanding team management capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, including the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and general labor laws.
* Location Requirement: Must be domiciled in Gresik.
2. Business Manager
As a Business Manager, you will take charge of designing strategic business plans, directing daily operations, supervising staff performance, and managing relationships with key business partners.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or a closely related field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a managerial role.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior team management abilities.
* Location Requirement: Domiciled in Gresik or willing to work on-site (WFO) in Gresik.
3. SPV Driver (Driver Supervisor)
We are looking for a capable Driver Supervisor to oversee our fleet operations, ensure passenger safety, and maintain vehicle standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience working as a professional driver.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent team management, and a genuine passion for understanding and maintaining vehicle repairs.
* Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid driver's license of at least B1 classification.
* Location Requirement: Domiciled in Gresik or Surabaya.
