## Position Overview: Weighing Operator
The Weighing Operator plays a critical role in our production cycle, ensuring that every raw material and packaging component is handled with precision. This position is vital to maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring the quality of the final products delivered to our partners.
Core Responsibilities
* Material Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming raw materials and packaging supplies into designated storage areas.
* Production Preparation: Proactively prepare and stage the necessary materials required for daily production schedules.
* Weighing Operations: Execute the accurate weighing of raw materials in accordance with strict production formulas and quality control standards.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who combines technical proficiency with an unwavering focus on accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry regulations and a commitment to operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: At least two years of experience as a Weighing Operator or a similar role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Expertise in operating precision weighing equipment and related digital systems.
* Strong comprehension of CPOB (Good Manufacturing Practices) and CDOB (Good Distribution Practices).
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work with high speed without compromising accuracy.
