## Current Career Openings
We are currently inviting applications for the following positions. Please review the requirements carefully to ensure your profile aligns with our operational needs.
1. Barge Escort Operator
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 5 years of maritime experience, preferably within the palm oil sector.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in escort operations, anchoring, and loading/unloading logistics. Proficient in operating VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
* Knowledge: Strong grasp of maritime navigation, ISPS Code compliance, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Preferred: Candidates holding a valid ISPS Code certification.
2. Instrument Control Technician
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience; palm oil industry background is highly advantageous.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in electrical schematics, wiring, termination, and tools such as multimeters and megger. Experienced in troubleshooting VFD, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
* Competencies: Critical thinking and effective troubleshooting capabilities for emergency repairs.
3. Tank Farm Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant operational role.
* Core Requirements: Strong understanding of K3 safety protocols and high analytical problem-solving skills. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a shift system.
4. Refinery / Fractionation Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial refinery processes.
* Core Requirements: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Must be willing to commit to shift rotations.
5. Boiler Operator
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in boiler operations.
* Preferred: Candidates holding a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for steam vessels/boilers.
6. Weighbridge Executive
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) in a relevant major.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the palm oil industry.
* Core Requirements: High level of accuracy, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to solve operational challenges efficiently under pressure.
