## Available Management Trainee Tracks
We offer specialized paths tailored to your educational background and technical expertise. Below are the core disciplines currently open for recruitment:
1. MT – Plantation
Designed for those with a passion for large-scale agricultural operations and field management.
* Target Majors: Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, and Agro-Industrial Technology.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00, maximum age of 28, and must be unmarried.
2. MT – Mill Processing
Focuses on the technical oversight and management of our palm oil processing facilities.
* Target Majors: Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Agro-Industrial Technology.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00, maximum age of 28, and must be unmarried.
3. MT – Mill Laboratory
Ideal for analytical minds interested in quality control and rigorous testing within our milling operations.
* Target Majors: Chemical Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00, maximum age of 28, and must be unmarried.
4. MT – Maintenance & Engineering

## Key Selection Criteria and Commitment
To ensure the highest standard of leadership, all candidates must meet our baseline requirements:
