## The Role: Industrial Relations Staff (Contract-Based)

The Industrial Relations Staff member will be tasked with a variety of administrative and analytical duties to support organizational stability, including:
* Operational Support: Assisting in the daily execution of industrial relations programs and fostering positive working relationships across the organization.
* Documentation Management: Handling the administration and systematic archiving of all industrial relations activities.

* Data Analysis: Collecting, processing, and analyzing labor-related data to provide actionable insights for management.

Educational and Professional Background
* Academic Qualification: A minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, with a preferred concentration in Labor Law or Business Law.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Legal, or a related field. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong academic track records and superior communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of labor regulations, specifically regarding employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), working hours, employee discipline, termination procedures, industrial dispute resolution, labor unions, and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
