Persib Bandung Bermartabat, the organization manages professional football operations, extensive merchandise retail, and a complex tax compliance framework involving the production of goods and services. As "Maung Bandung" continues to dominate the Indonesian Liga 1 with the backing of major partners like Indofood and Sportama, the club is now setting its sights on a digital transformation.
We are currently expanding our internal PERSIB Tech Team to build scalable digital products, high-performance platforms, and innovative solutions that bridge the gap between our storied history and our millions of passionate fans across the globe.
## Current Engineering Opportunities
We are seeking talented, forward-thinking engineers to join our ranks. Whether you are an experienced professional or an emerging talent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the digital ecosystem of one of Asia’s most iconic sports brands.
1. Intermediate Full-Stack Engineer (2–4 Years Experience)
We are looking for a versatile engineer to help us manage high-concurrency workloads and complex data structures. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in:
* Backend Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Golang and/or Node.js.
* Frontend Mastery: Skilled in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
* Systems Architecture: Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
* Database Management: Strong command of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
* Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker/Containers and S3 storage solutions.
2. Entry-Level Front-End Engineer (0–2 Years Experience)
Fresh graduates with robust portfolio projects are highly encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about user experience and modern web design:
* Core Fundamentals: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* UI Frameworks: Experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
* Workflow: Solid understanding of Git and modern component-driven design.
* Logic: A strong grasp of state management and responsive UI principles.
