We are currently recruiting for dedicated professionals to join our specialized research and testing divisions. Below are the detailed requirements and responsibilities for each open role:

1. Molecular Laboratory Research and Development

We are looking for a qualified specialist to drive innovation and maintain excellence within our molecular testing division.

Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the development of molecular testing methods, encompassing method selection, trial execution, data logging, and comprehensive validation report generation.
* Recommend optimal reagents and advanced laboratory equipment necessary for continuous methodological advancement.
* Conduct specialized sample trials for clients whose testing parameters fall outside the current accreditation scope.
* Perform routine molecular testing with high accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain, monitor, and meticulously record the operational condition of instruments and the overall environment of the molecular testing laboratory.
* Manage the inventory, controlled storage, and strategic procurement planning of reagents and consumable laboratory materials.

Candidate Requirements:
* Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in molecular testing and assay development.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental validation requirements for both qualitative and quantitative molecular tests.
* Exhibit proven competence in executing molecular assays and critically evaluating the validity of test results.
* Display a strong work ethic, logical problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.

2. Microbiology Laboratory Research and Development

Our microbiology team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the highest standards of microbiological safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and refine microbiology testing procedures, culminating in detailed validation documentation.
* Conduct routine, scheduled sample collections in compliance with strict protocols.
* Process and evaluate non-routine client sample trials outside the existing accreditation framework.
* Provide expert recommendations regarding appropriate reagents and equipment for microbiological research.
* Execute routine microbiological analyses efficiently and reliably.
* Guarantee that all equipment usage and environmental conditions are logged accurately in adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Oversee the safe storage, stock control, and usage logging of all microbiological reagents and consumables.

Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education qualification of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Analysis, or an equivalent discipline.
* At least 1 year of professional hands-on experience within a microbiology testing environment.
* Comprehensive working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles in microbiology.

3. Mineral and Metal Testing Laboratory Specialist

We require an analytical chemistry expert to oversee our elemental and heavy metal testing procedures using advanced instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize testing protocols for heavy metals and mineral content, including the preparation of rigorous technical reports.
* Advise on the selection of specialized reagents and high-precision analytical instruments.
* Execute routine and periodic sample collection procedures.
* Conduct trial testing for non-standard client samples requiring specialized analytical approaches.
* Perform scheduled heavy metal and mineral analyses with uncompromising precision.
* Ensure all analytical instruments are maintained, operated, and logged in strict compliance with internal safety and quality protocols.
* Manage the inventory, secure storage, and precise tracking of chemical reagents and consumable lab supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
* Educational background of at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Analysis, Pure Chemistry, or a relevant major.
* A minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES) systems, alongside proven experience testing heavy metals and minerals across diverse matrices.
* Thorough mastery of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
* Highly motivated, persistent, capable of independent analytical thinking, and efficient under pressure.
* Honest, thorough, collaborative, and possessing strong professional communication skills.
* Ready to work full-time at our Bogor headquarters.
