## Job Vacancy: Legal Officer
We are looking for a qualified Legal Officer to manage and oversee corporate legal matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our various business units. This position will be based in Magelang, Central Java.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and analyze a wide variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
* Ensure all corporate operations comply with local regulations, particularly concerning industrial licensing and environmental permits.
* Navigate the Online Single Submission (OSS) system efficiently to secure necessary business permits.
* Collaborate with internal departments to provide sound legal advice on operational matters.
* Manage corporate legal documentation and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a legal role (fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
* Demonstrated proficiency in legal drafting, contract review, and comprehensive legal analysis.
* Thorough understanding of the OSS (Online Single Submission) framework and industrial environmental licensing procedures.
* Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and maintain a willingness to travel out of town for business purposes when required.
* Placement location: Magelang, Central Java.
