We are actively seeking talented professionals to fill the following roles across various regions:
1. SDP Logistic Coordinator (Distribution Center - Ternate)
* Core Responsibilities: Conduct operational and logistical cost analysis, manage stock opname processes, and coordinate with distribution teams across various branches.
* Requirements: Male, minimum D4/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Management. Must be proficient in MS Office, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be available for shift work.
2. SDP General Affair – Asset & Administration (Gorontalo & Ternate)
* Core Responsibilities: Monitor company assets, manage distribution and stock records, and procure operational support tools.
* Requirements: Male/Female, minimum D4/S1 degree (all majors). Must possess strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
3. MDP System Support – Ready to Drink (RTD) (National Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Provide system supervision for RTD products, commercial projects, and R&D. Develop stock control, stock opname systems, and raw material procurement programs.
* Requirements: Male/Female, minimum D4/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering. Must be proficient in MS Office, possess knowledge of network systems for procurement control, and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
4. MDP Building Maintenance (National Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Develop maintenance work plans, schedule preventive and corrective actions, manage technicians, and prepare budget reports.
* Requirements: Male, minimum D4/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (High Voltage). Must understand heavy current electricity, possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C), and be comfortable with both field and administrative duties.
5. MDP Project Performance (National Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Supervise construction projects, create blueprints and budget estimates (RAB), perform quality control on materials, and collaborate with contractors.
* Requirements: Male, minimum D4/S1 degree in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Requires a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
6. Procurement Supervisor (Head Office - Jakarta)
* Core Responsibilities: Monitor product quality, source new suppliers, and lead internal and external negotiations.
* Requirements: Male, minimum 2 years of experience in procurement. Must be fluent in English, highly skilled in negotiation, and proficient in MS Office. Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) required.
7. Japanese Interpreter (Cibinong Factory & Jakarta Head Office)
* Core Responsibilities: Provide oral and written translation (Indonesian-Japanese), manage meeting minutes, and accompany expatriates during field visits.
* Requirements: Male (Cibinong) or Female (Jakarta), minimum D4/S1 in Japanese Literature. Must hold a Japanese Language Proficiency Test certificate (N2-N4). Previous experience as an interpreter is preferred.
8. ACL Maintenance Jr. Manager (Malang & Bali)
* Core Responsibilities: Schedule and oversee maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, HVAC systems, chillers, and coffee machines.
* Requirements: Male, minimum D4/S1 degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with over 2 years of relevant experience.
