## 1. Research and Development Staff
This role is pivotal for generating data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions and advance the impact of zakat in Indonesia.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive research and development regarding zakat.
* Prepare high-quality materials for BAZNAS leadership.
* Provide administrative support for all R&D activities.
* Manage the IJAZ Journal publication.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; aged 20–30 years.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Economics, Statistics, Islamic Mathematics, or related fields.
* At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
* Proficient in research tools, English communication, and academic writing.
## 2. Protocol Staff
Protocol staff serve as the bridge for leadership mobility, ensuring that official events and daily operations are executed with precision and professionalism.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Agenda & Travel Management: Coordinating schedules and logistics for leadership travel.
* Event Management: Overseeing event rundown, rehearsals, and on-site execution.
* Public Relations & Etiquette: Managing guest welcoming procedures and VVIP/VIP courtesies.
* Seating Arrangement: Strategically organizing hierarchies for state officials and important stakeholders.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; fresh graduates with strong organizational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; attractive appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English.
* Capable of making rapid, precise decisions under pressure.
## 3. Legal and Institutional Staff
Our Legal Bureau protects the integrity of zakat management through advocacy, consultancy, and institutional coordination.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide legal assistance and advocacy to prevent and address violations in zakat management.
* Facilitate regular legal socialization for BAZNAS, LAZ, and UPZ entities across Indonesia.
* Maintain institutional coordination with the Police, Attorney General’s Office, Courts, and other government bodies.
* Draft comprehensive work reports and legal documentation.
* Qualifications:
* Muslim; minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Must hold a Sworn Statement (BAS) for advocacy and a valid practicing license.
* Proven experience in document drafting, contract negotiation, and corporate licensing.
## 4. International Fundraising and Partnership Staff
This position focuses on expanding BAZNAS’s global reach by engaging international donors and building cross-border partnerships.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect Research: Identifying and mapping potential international partners and funding sources.
* Donor Engagement: Preparing partnership proposals and managing official correspondence in English (and Arabic, if applicable).
* Fundraising Campaigns: Executing global campaigns for humanitarian and social programs via digital and email marketing.
* Performance Monitoring: Tracking fundraising targets and reporting on program implementation.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of experience in fundraising or donor relations.
* Strong proficiency in English is required; Arabic skills are considered a major asset.
* Proactive, target-oriented, and highly skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
