## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high operational standards, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to Men (all positions) and Women (Position 2).
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors include Mechanical Engineering (1, 3, 5, 8), Industrial Engineering (6), Marine Engineering (4, 7, 9), Engineering (10), and Computer Science (11). Position 2 is open to any degree holder.
* Experience:
* 1–2 years for positions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
* 3–4 years for positions 2, 3, and 4.
* 5–7 years for position 1.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions 6, 7, and 11.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory. Candidates must possess at least an Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed in Bayung Lencir and Sri Gunung, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
## Technical Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate specialized expertise relevant to their field:
* Engineering & Maintenance: Proficient in welding, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, belt conveyor assembly, and pump alignment (Positions 1, 3, 5).
* Logistics & Operations: Expertise in handling work order reports, overseeing supply chain distributions, managing cargo readiness, and coordinating loading/unloading processes (Positions 4, 6, 7, 9).
* Operational Support: Skilled in forklift operation, maintenance, and stock movement (Position 8).
* Electrical & IT: Capability in mechanical-electrical basics, electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation (Position 10), and expertise in IOS installation, networking, CCTV setup, and user support (Position 11).
* Human Resources: Ability to manage recruitment, training, payroll, social security administration (BPJS), and personnel reporting (Position 2).
