Key Requirements
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in a related field.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Supervisor or Chief Quality Control within the garment industry.
* Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong self-discipline, and effective communication skills.
